Hi everyone, We hope you are all well and managing as well as you can during this difficult time.

 

We are OPEN, but the office is CLOSED to the public. We have been in contact with South Lanarkshire Trading Standards and have been given the go ahead to open so long as we follow a series of restrictions to keep everyone safe.

With all of our balloons they come to us in sealed packaging and in most cases the balloons have never been touched from manufacture to arriving with us.  We have fully sanitized our studio unit, all our equipment, and our car.

When ordering balloons we will be doing this ONLY via online systems (email and social media) or by phone (07427556552). Full payment will also be required at the time of booking via bank transfer or paypal only (No Cash) to keep to a fully contactless procedure

When we make up your order we will be doings so wearing masks, and gloves (where practical). Once we have photographed your order we will bag it in our unit before placing it our designated collection area outside the Burgh Business Centre or putting it in the car for delivery when required.

 

With collections we will be providing strict time slots to reduce the risk of multiple customers being on site at the same time. If you miss your slot we will try and re-arrange but if this is not possible then your order will be considered void and because the order will have been created in full the balance paid will be lost (please keep to your time and make sure to allow enough time to get here)

 

With deliveries, we will deliver to the address provided and will knock or ring the doorbell and step away. We will wait where possible for the order to be taken in. If no-one takes it in we will where possible try to leave the order somewhere secure and will take photos of the location where we have left it and as it was when we left. Beyond this we will take no further responsibility or liability for the order or damage that may occur.

 

We are sorry we have to be soo strict, but this is the procedure we have agreed with trading standards and is the only way we will be able to open during these tough times.
